To move forward with the booking process, we ask that you please read the following polices:

1. Policy 1 - Deposit : A $35.00 deposit will be required to secure your appointment. This will be your first payment on your service, the remainder amount will be due the day of your service. The deposit is non-refundable. 

1. Policy 2 - Cancellation : You must cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable, but you will be able to reschedule with no fee. If you cancel again you will have to make a new appointment and pay the deposit again! 

1. Policy 3 - Lateness : If you are going to be late please inform me with your ETA. I will then let you know if we have to reschedule or if we can continue. If you are longer than 15 minutes late, you will pay $1.00 every minute after. 

1. Policy 4 - Appointment Confirmation : Once you book your appointment will not be confirmed until you pay the $35.00 deposit.
